The Tamar Valley Centre (TVC) is located on the first floor of the Albert Hall.

The TVC is a versatile meeting room that can seat up to 90 people theatre style or 60 people for lunch/dinner. It is a popular room often used for meetings and wedding receptions. The TVC has a large amount of natural light as well as sliding doors that open out to the balcony overlooking City Park.

The room can be divided into two separate smaller function rooms. The foyer off the room can be used for coffee, tea and lunch breaks.
